Instructions

Three steps to get support from your Norweb team.

Run the installer for your OS. It sets up RustDesk with our server details automatically.

After install, the terminal shows your unique RustDesk ID and a temporary password.

Send your ID to the support team and we connect remotely.

Prefer to configure an existing RustDesk installation manually?

Already have RustDesk? Open Settings → Network and enter the values above. No reinstall needed.

iOS RustDesk is a client only — it can connect to other machines but cannot be remotely controlled.

Right-click the .ps1 file > "Run with PowerShell" (as Administrator)

Or from an admin prompt:

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File install-rustdesk-windows.ps1

Right-click the .bat file > "Run as Administrator"

chmod +x install-rustdesk-macos.sh
